Remember, when I wrote about starting back with writing my weekly fitness round up? well, that didn't materialise did it! I think I will try and review my fitness month instead of a weekly round up, that might change though I am undecided but, for now, let's review June.
So, at the end of May, my friend invited me to join a fitness/healthy eating challenge for the month of June via Facebook. I love a challenge so I jumped right on board.
I also set myself a personal challenge of going meat free, I have always been tempted by the idea of not eating meat, one of my friends went plant-based about a year ago and honestly, she is loving the benefits.
How do you stay consistent on the weekends with healthy eating and working out? That's a question I've been trying to answer for some time now but, it dawned on my two weeks ago.
I was invited to join a fitness challenge with a group of females via Facebook, the challenge calls for working out every day throughout June. I am not new to working out every day I did this back in January in my own challenge with some friends.
