How to stay consistent with FITNESS on the WEEKENDS

How do you stay consistent on the weekends with healthy eating and working out? That's a question I've been trying to answer for some time now but, it dawned on my two weeks ago.

I was invited to  join a fitness challenge with a group of females via Facebook, the challenge calls for working out every day throughout June. I am not new to working out every day I did this back in January in my own challenge with some friends.

NEW YOUTUBE - VLOG

Hi Guys,

I hope you've all had a great week.

This week my fitness was on point, I went out running and then straight into a family workout when I met my hubby & his brother at the park.

I came across someone who was rudely demanding my time. SEE THE VLOG.

I also did some independent driving, having recently passed my driving test here in the US and as you may or may not know they drive on the opposite side to the UK. So, there is some getting used to on the driving but I am doing well.

My 2016 Hair Regimen - New products & Tools


So it turns out the last time I did a post on my regimen was back in 2012! Regimen Update Damn!

Well, a lot has changed with my regimen since that post, the majority of my products have changed and even my wash routine.

I always find these posts interesting to read and to also refer back to in the future. If this is your kind of post then stay awhile to see what's working for me and maybe you will take away some tips.

Since moving to New York, I now relax my hair at a salon, so my mum is no longer relaxing my hair. I found a great hairdresser I trust here and over the last year she has given me great results.

I wash my hair once a week, I always start by sectioning my hair in 4 sections, to detangle I apply coconut oil to each section and then comb through, this helps ease out any tangles.

I then proceed to wash, I wash my hair in the shower still in the 4 sections, I shampoo once or twice and as of recent I use a scalp massager. I then towel dry the hair and apply my mix of deep conditioner.
